Technical Consultant – HP Openview

€480-€520 per day
As an experienced HP Openview Technical Consultant, applicants will be involved in carrying out the necessary evaluations, plans and design for implementation of service management solutions to meet their client’s requirements.
Implementation of this service management system will consist of a number of areas including incident, problem, change, configuration and service level management. The ability to understand the client’s long term goals; architect solutions and estimate level of effort required for implementations to meet client’s needs will also be necessary.
The following capabilities are vital for this role:
• Higher Education and 3-5 years experience
• Experience of HPOV Service Centre and Asset Centre, HPOV Service Desk Application
• Experience of Operating Systems
• Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server,
• Scripting (perl, JavaScript, VBS)
• ITIL Awareness
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
An ideally suited candidate would be fully experienced in designing, deploying, maintaining and documenting large scale Service Management Solution projects with an analytical yet ambitious and perseverant outlook.
