Intapeople have a requirement for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support Engineer for a Web Development company based in South Wales. Some of your duties will include:
• Support of client websites and IT & comms infrastructure
• 1st Line/Helpdesk Support
• Development of ad hoc tools or functions to support client applications
• Assisting with the selection of software
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have experience with 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, MS Exchange, SQL Server, MS Active Directory and IIS.
