ITIL Problem Implementation Consultant

I currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced ITIL Implementation consultant for a 3 month extendable contract with a highly prestigious Telecommunications client. This is a very large project and work is likely to last 1 year plus. they are very keen on getting the right person on board ASAP with a start date of around 10th of November.
Processes are already designed and are ready to be implemented. The candidate will have to implement the designed processes and manage the process on operational level afterwards. This also means managing a group of +/- 10 people, once the processes are implmented and running smoothly the final goal is to handover the implemented process to an internal person.
Nature of the tasks will be
• Consultancy for the set up of ITIL compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Monitor implementation of ITIL compliant ITSM processes
• Consultancy for the set up of a Continuous Service Improvement Programme (CSIP)
• Problem management
Experience
• We are looking for a distinguished background in IT
• Excellent experience in IT Service Management
• Experience in multi-client and multinational environments
• Working knowledge of English and Dutch or French
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication is mandatory
• Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
Specific Expertise
Detailed technical expertise in the following areas:
• ITSM
• ITIL (Foundation certificate required) as a minimum
• ISO 20000 is desired
• CSIP
• Problem management
