My client are a highly prestigious government organisation and are in urgent need of a security cleared service level manager. The role will involve working full time on a military site therefore relevant security clearance will be required.
The successful service level management Consultant must be an experienced information system professional with sound knowledge on ITIL framework, Service Level Agreements management and have considerable experience dealing with Quality assurance and Performance management of services related to the Communication and Information Systems.
Objectives
In particular, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Perform the evaluation of CIS performance and of the regular CIS reports of the Centralized CIS services, as included in the Corporate Service Level Agreement.
• Monitor and evaluate the Key Quality Indicators of each CIS service.
• Assess services performances against targets of Corporate Service Level Agreement identify weak points and potential improvements.
• Participate in relevant workshops to optimize the CIS and its control methods.
• Provide Corporate SLA evaluation reports.
• Maintain continuous liaison with NCSA Service Delivery Division.
• Provide technical advice for the development of Corporate SLA.
• Assist in the negotiation of Corporate SLA.
• Ensuring that delegated funds to NCSA for assigned centralised CIS systems and services are correctly allocated and spent according to CIS priorities and implementation timescales.
• Attend the daily CIS status briefing and provide daily report of corporate services to SHAPE J6.
• Ensure that Corporate SLA is linked to the annual NCCB MTFPs and to the WGNTE requirements and inputs.
Experience
• Broad and sound technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems as they are applied to the modern management information and Command and Control Information Systems;
• Sound knowledge of ITIL methodology;
• Extensive work related experience in developing, negotiating, reviewing and updating SLAs (preferably from the customer side), including monitoring and performing tasks related to the Quality Assurance and Performance Management of CIS services as identified and agreed in respective SLAs.
