Due to the companies continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Numerical Programmer who is looking for their next career move. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be adept at solving problems and will have previous commercial experience
This role involves working in a small, highly qualified software development team and offers the individual great opportunities to apply and further develop their skills within a supportive environment. This position requires the individual to interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure their requirements are met, as well as further developing FEA and or NVH analysis tools.
To meet the requirements of the role we are seeking an individual who, as a minimum, has an Applied Mathematics degree, with experience of numerical modelling for solving physical systems, which may include FEA and systems dynamics. In addition to this, the individual will be expected to have proficient programming skills, preferably with a working knowledge of Object Oriented programming. Experience of using mathematical models for simulating mechanical systems is also advantageous.
