ITIL Service Manager
The Netherlands
Contract up to 12 months
400 - 460 Euros per day

One of my clients are currently on the lookout for 2 service management consultants to be ready for a contract start within 3-4 weeks. You will be required to aid in the development of very prestigious projects. Experience with the service delivery element of ITIL is key, this will be covering service level management, availability, capacity, service continuity and there will also be some element of financial management. You will be responsible for writing and implementing these processes.

My client specialise in providing Service management solutions to many different companies and sectors based across Europe, therefore previous experience in working for an outsourcing company or as a consultant would be very beneficial.

Required work experience:
+ 3 years experience in processes engineering/management
+ 3 years in service management surroundings or operational experience
Fluent in Dutch and English

Qualification
ITIL service management (foundation as a minimum) due to nature of work
Desirable any qualification within best practice
CMMI, COBIT, PMP/ Prince2, Six Sigma
