Helpdesk Support Analyst
South Wales
Contract: 3 Months Initially
Helpdesk / Support Analyst urgently required for a government sector client based in South Wales. It is essential that you have previous commercial exposure to a busy helpdesk environment and general first line support skills. Your duties and responsibilities will entail telephone support, PC build and fixes and face to face user support.
Key Skills:
•Proven experience supporting Exchange
•Support skills using Active Directory in a Windows XP environment
Initially a 3 month contract, however, a candidate who excels has a very strong chance of continuous extensions. This position is suitable to those with a positive, out-going personality that is looking to learn and build on their existing experience.
