Desktop Support Analyst

Contract: 4 Months (initially)
£10 – 15 per hour (Neg on experience)
Intapeople are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and professional IT Support Technician to join a busy Cardiff based company.
You will join a small technical team and be responsible for a range of 1st and 2nd line IT support to users onsite and some remotely. You should have around 2-3 years previous techncial support experience and a range of commercial skills including most of the following:
•Proven experience supporting Exchange
•Up to date support skills using Active Directory in a Windows XP environment
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to communicate clearly with internal and external users.
