Support Analyst
Caerphilly, South Wales
£18,000 - 20,000 (negotiable dependent upon experience)
As a Support Analyst, candidates will be the first point of contact for a large number of internal users. The role will also entail business analysis, project management, process improvement and report writing. A relatively junior position, the client are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual who is keen to develop their skill set and progress within a driven environment.
An ideally suited candidate would have1-2 years experience with, and excellent knowledge of the following:
• Reporting tools (Cognos/Crystal Reports)
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Desktop O/S
• General Microsoft Windows NT/2000 Server O/S Admin
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also vital.
The SUPPORT ANALYST role offers a fantastic opportunity within Caerphilly. With a salary of up to £20,000, the role also offers flexi-time and a good holiday package. On-site training is also provided throughout.
